How much must be paid upfront?

A deposit of half  of the total cost is due upfront to cover any costs for domain fees, other service fees (if applicable), as well as reserving and holding a spot booked in my calendar that way you reserve your spot until discussed project start time.

What is the process for starting a Web Design project?

My web design process begins with a consultation to understand your goals, target audience, and design preferences. After this initial discussion, we create a project proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and cost. Once you approve the proposal, and contracts are signed, the 50% deposit is collected and I move into the design phase, where I present mockups and gather your feedback. After finalizing the design, we proceed with development, frequent updates and testing, and finally launch.

What do I need from you to get started?

To kick off your project, we need the following:

  • Project Brief: A description of your business, goals, and specific design preferences.

  • Content: Text, images, and any other media you want to include on your site.

  • Branding Guidelines: If applicable, provide logos, color schemes, and fonts.

  • Access Information: For existing sites, access credentials to make updates or changes.

  • Budget and Timeline: A clear idea of your budget and desired launch date helps us tailor our approach to meet your needs

After our initial consultation, you’ll need to provide all necessary assets for your project, such as images, text content, branding logos, and banners. If you don’t have these materials, I can create them for you at an additional cost, which we can discuss based on your specific needs.

Please ensure that the contract is signed within the specified timeframe. If the contract is not signed on time, your project slot may become available for other clients, and a restart fee will be applied to reactivate the process. Timely submission of your materials and contract is crucial to keep your project on schedule and avoid delays in our planned calendar.
